1. Pricing. Your home has to be priced properly for today’s market, not last year’s market, not where you hope the market is going, but where it actually is right now. A home that’s priced right attracts serious buyers from day one. A home that’s overpriced sits, and the longer it sits, the harder it becomes to sell. Getting this right from the start is the single most important decision you’ll make when you list.
2. Positioning. How does your home show? Curb appeal is everything. First impressions are everything. That means interior condition, exterior condition, and yes, pressure washing. That’s another P worth remembering. A clean driveway, a fresh exterior, and a well-presented interior can make the difference between a buyer who sees potential and one who starts looking for problems. Position your home so that buyers see it at its best from the moment they pull up to
3. Partner. Who are you going to work with to sell your home? You need someone with real market knowledge, someone who’s available and communicates well, and someone who knows how to negotiate. That combination is what separates a smooth transaction from a stressful one.
